Join us as a Lab Technician

In this role, you’ll make an impact by:

• Sensory sample preparation: Set yogurt, stirred yogurt, separated product, drinking yogurt/diluted product, fermented plant base, fermented beverages, dairy phage testing
• ISO 22000 documentation: Data entry, ingredient list input, sample preparation report, represent during internal and external audits, calibration
• Inventory Management: Follow-up with suppliers and maintain the inventory of aprons, hair nets, shoe covers, milk, SMP, fruit prep, flavors, water, sugar
• Packaging Material inventory: Plastic bottles, cups, flexible pouches
• Chemical Inventory management: Enumeration chemicals, phage chemicals, CIP chemicals

To succeed, you must hold:

• Required qualification:
  B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Microbiology/Food Science & Technology/Dairy Science & Technology/Nutrition), B.Tech. (Food Science & Technology/Dairy Science & Technology)
• Experience:
  Fresher can apply / 1 – 3 years of experience is preferred
