Job Description:
- Responsible for Environmental monitoring of In-Vitro Diagnostics production areas,
- Large Volume Parenterals production areas, and Microbiology Department.
- Fill the related documentation of Environmental monitoring.
- Responsible for analysis of sterility test of finished/bulk/raw material and its documentation
- Responsible for analysis of Bacterial endotoxin test of finished/bulk/raw material.
- Responsible for analysis of Bioburden of bulk/raw material.
- Record Temperature monitoring and relative Humidity of analysis area in related Log Book.
- Water testing of Raw water, purified water and water For Injection (MLT and Pathogen
testing) and its documentation. - Microbial limit test of raw materials and its documentation
- Operation of steam sterilizer and fill related Documentation.
- Operation of vertical autoclave and fill related Documentation.
- Bacterial endotoxin test of water for injection.
- DOP on plates all section IVD, LVP, MBD.
- Perform Gram staining test and related record.
