Walk-in interview on September 3, 2024, to work as Project Assistant in a research project funded by the Department of Biotechnology (DBT)
IISER Mohali (Department of Biological Sciences) desires to recruit a Project Assistant in the project entitled “Exploring the Role of PEP-PEPR Signaling in Shaping Plant Growth and Development under Iron Deficiency”
Number of Positions: 01
Duration: 1 year (extendable after review)
Essential Qualifications: B.Sc./M.Sc. or equivalent degree in Life Sciences (preferably in Plant Molecular Biology, Botany, or Plant Biotechnology) with a minimum of 60% marks.
Prior research experience of at least 6 months in performing all of the following techniques: Plant tissue culture, Cloning, Agrobacterium-Mediated Plant Transformation will be preferred.
Emoluments: Emoluments as per DBT norms and as sanctioned in the project.
