Primary Responsibilities:

• Bacterial Endotoxin Testing of final lot samples, in-process samples, packing materials, and stability samples.
• Microbial Identification of standard organisms and in-house isolates through Vitek 2
• Compact system as per approved procedure.
• Growth Promotion testing of different microbiological media (In-house and ready to use).
• Handling and maintenance of Microbiological cultures.
• Microbiological assay test of Kanamycin and Neomycin acid sulphate.
• Thiomersal test of different ARMs.
• Handling, Operation, and Calibration of Vitek – 2 Compact.
• Isolation, identification, and maintenance of microbiological cultures and its recording.
• Initiation of change control, deviation, and OOS/OOL.
• Review of reports, log books.
• Media preparation, GPT, and culture maintenance.
• Biological indicator enumeration and incubation.
• Document preparation (Risk assessment, rationale, SOP, Study protocol).

Educational qualifications preferred

Category: Master’s Degree
