About the job

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the company’s key performance indicators by delivering an exceptional in-store experience. In order to do this, the candidate will build and train an effective team, and effectively incorporate business trends and customer feedback into the training of employees.

Responsibilities

  1. To co-ordinate all activities with cross-functional stakeholders like sales and marketing team, production, plant teams to develop new products, carry out trials from formulation till launching of the product in the market.
  2. Maintain a track record of all the product development trials and update the key stakeholders regularly and Art Work Verification and updating.
  3. Understand and implement the FSSAI rules for product manufacturing and packing with the latest guidelines and timely updating.
  4. Liaisoning with FSSAI regulatory authorities on need basis.
  5. Maintaining the confidentiality as per the company requirements about the product, process and formulations.
  6. Partnering with dairy and food associations for understanding the latest developments and trends in the dairy innovation processing and packaging areas.
  7. Carry out the product, process optimization and value engineering of the existing products and processes as per the stakeholder requirement.
  8. Co-ordinate with external laboratories and internal teams, universities for required testing of various parameters like nutritional functional table, FSSAI requirements, stability studies and sensory evaluations.

Qualifications:

PG/Graduation in Dairy or Food Tech./Microbiology/Chemistry/Ph.D. in Dairy or Food Technologist
