SRM University -AP invites applications for 1 Junior Research Fellow and 1 Postdoctoral Fellow
Information for Junior Research Fellow application
Applications are invited for one Junior Research Fellow position under DBT-Wellcome Trust Funded project “Jumbo phages as models for ancient cell organization” at the Department of Biological Sciences, SRM University – AP.
Essential Qualification: M.Sc./M.Tech/B.Tech (Biotechnology/Microbiology/Any Life science branch) completed.
Stipend: Rs.34000 p.m. for 1 year. Extension until December 2025 is possible based on performance.

Information for Postdoctoral Fellow application
Applications are invited for one Postdoctoral Fellow
at the Department of Biological Sciences, SRM University – AP through University PDF program.Essential Qualification: Ph.D. submitted or completed.
Expertise required: Expertise in molecular cloning is mandatory. Experience with Transposon sequencing, Genomics (wet lab), Proteomics (wet lab) are preferred.
Fellowship: Rs.58000 p.m. for first year and Rs. 61000 p.m. for second year. Candidates with only thesis submitted will be paid Rs. 41,000 p.m.
