Student internship positions for a period of two months

Application are invited for one position of student internship in the Division of Entomology under the DST-SERB funded project titled “Taxonomic Studies of Family Elateridae from North Eastern India (Coleoptera: Elateridae),” in accordance with the SSR Policy, for a period of two months only. Interested students with the essential and desired educational qualifications should email their complete CV, as per the attached format, to [email protected]. Essential Qualification: 

Essential: Students pursuing post-graduate degree in Entomology/Zoology/Life Sciences

Desirable: Candidates with research experience in handling of insects/taxonomy/molecular biology tools, and knowledge of data analysis.

Terms & Conditions

1. The internships are only for a duration of two months and will end after completion of two months from the date of joining. No any other claim will be made by the student.
2. Shortlisted students will be called for an online interview.
3. Once selected the student has to provide, No Objection Certificate from their present institute to be able to attend the Lab activities for a period of two months.
4. The selected student has to make their own arrangements for attending day to day activities at designated lab at IARI. No TA, DA will be provided for the same.
5. Concealing off facts or canvassing in any form shall lead to disqualification or termination.
