Recruitment for the posts of “Project Associate- I under DBT India Alliance/ Wellcome Trust UK – funded project
Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) Tirupati is a premier autonomous Institution established by the Ministry of Education, Government of India, for promotion of high-quality science education and research in the country. The Institute invites applications from Indian nationals for the following position purely on contract basis:

Name of the project: Maintenance of Repressive Chromatin by NF-kB in the immune System and Cancer: Towards Novel Physiological Insights and Therapeutic Approaches

Minimum Qualifications Essential: M.Sc in Biology (or) equivalent degree.
Desirable:
- Prior research experience in Molecular Biology and Cell Culture experiments is Essential.
- Candidates having experience in Flow Cytometry, Gene cloning, Lentivirus preparation and transduction of mammalian cancer cells and prior experience with Multiple Myeloma cell lines will be preferred.
Fellowship:
- I. Rs.31,000/- + 8% HRA per month based on valid CSIR/UGC-JRF/ NET/GATE/Qualified National Level Test conducted by Central Govt. Departments and their agencies.
- II. Rs.25,000/- + 8% HRA per month. (For others who do not fall under (i) above)
No. of posts: One (01)
Tenure: The position is temporary for a period of two months and renewable subject to satisfactory performance. The position is co-terminus with the project.
Age: Preferably not more than 35 years on the closing date of the advertisement
