Introduction to Role
As a Senior Scientist Bioinformatics at AstraZeneca, you will focus on advancing multi-omics technologies to uncover novel mechanisms of action for our compounds. We are looking for candidates with a PhD in computational biosciences or an MSc with relevant research experience. Proficiency in transcriptomics, proteomics, or metabolomics data analysis is required, along with expertise in R or Python. Strong communication skills, knowledge of molecular mechanisms of disease, and experience in drug discovery are also essential.
