Qualifications:
Education qualifications: MSc in Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Lifesciences
Required Skills:
Experience: 4-6 years QC Biosimilars/Biologics/ Monoclonal antibodies experience in product testing, HPLC, UPLC, and QMS
Responsibilities:
- Preparation, revision, and review of SOPs, STPs, Specifications, and Worksheets related to product testing.
- Handling of QMS elements such as LIRs, Incidents, Deviation, OOS, OOT, Investigations, CAPA, and Risk assessments.
- Good exposure in handling software such as DMS, LMS, Trackwise, LIMS.
- Ensuring the Instrument calibrations, Maintenance, Electronic data backups, and restorations.
- Good exposure to handling and providing the response for Internal, external, and regulatory audits.
- Adequate testing and troubleshooting knowledge on:
- Physicochemical, HPLC, UPLC based test parameters of Monoclonal antibodies.
- ELISA & PCR based test parameters of Monoclonal antibodies.
- Cell based Potency test parameters of Monoclonal antibodies.
- Analytical data review, documentation, COA generation of DS and DP.
- Good exposure and knowledge on Analytical Method transfers and validations.
- Responsible for Training, Data integrity, GLP compliance, and cGMP practices.
- Responsible for coordinating with inter and intra departments for technical discussions.
