About the role

Location: Bawal

Reporting to: Assistant Manager – Manufacturing

Key responsibilities

• Control quality attributes like salt, colour, flavour etc. before releasing to WH
• Cleaning and sanitation of all Crumb line as per the SOP’s
• Monitoring & control of Sealing/stitching/Physical condition of the bag
• Storage of non-conforming products in quarantine areas
• Ensure to use the calibrated line equipment per laid frequencies
• Maintain metal detector/batch size/% online/DPR records, CCP and other records
• Data/root cause analysis of process results & deviations
• Food safety, GMP/GHK of areas under scope of job profile
• Liaise with maintenance section to implement preventive maintenance and upkeep of the equipment
• Monitoring & control of related CCP, OPRP, PRP & maintenance of records
• Perform activities in safe manner to avoid unsafe condition and follow LOTO
• Contribute to continual improvement process through concept of kaizen (TPM)
• Well versed with norms & compliances under FSSC, EMS & OHSAS
• Handling & disposal of waste generated in the process as per the standard instructions
• Shall be responsible for reporting and executing the responsibilities related to FSMS
• Shall be responsible to execute any other responsibility related to FSMS as and when entrusted by the management
