Salary: 3 lac to 4.2 Lac
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Application Specialist to join our dynamic team at our Ahmedabad office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in biotechnology and will be responsible for demonstrating and installing machinery, providing technical support to our sales team, and representing the company at industry exhibitions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstration and Installation:
- Demonstrate the functionality and benefits of our biotechnology machinery to potential clients.
- Install and set up machines at client sites, ensuring proper functioning and client satisfaction.
- Technical Support:
- Provide technical support to the sales team, assisting with product specifications, and addressing customer queries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the machinery promptly.
- Exhibition Attendance:
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions and trade shows.
- Demonstrate machinery and products to attendees, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Gather leads and follow up with potential clients post-exhibition.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with the sales and engineering teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions and experiences.
Qualifications:
- Masters’ degree in Biotechnology, or Microbiology.
- Proven 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar role within the biotechnology industry.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex machinery.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel to client sites and exhibitions as required.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
