Walk-in Interview
A Walk-in interview is being conducted for eligible candidates for the engagement of 01 (one) Project Associate-I under the DST-SERB funded project entitled “Engineered nanosorbents for removal of antibiotic residues from livestock farm wastewater” at the Livestock Production and Management (LPM) Section, ICAR-IVRI, Izatnagar as per the details given below:
Name & Number of Position: Project Associate-I (01 position)
Qualification:
- Essential: Master’s degree in Agricultural Sciences or Life Sciences or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology or Medicine from a recognized university or equivalent. Candidates must have qualified NET or GATE or any equivalent national level competitive exam conducted by Central Government Departments and their agencies and institutions.
- Desirable: Working experience in nanoparticle synthesis, biochar preparation, material characterization techniques, HPLC operation.
Emoluments: Rs. 31,000/month +HRA as per norms.
Age limit: The maximum age limit is 35 years.
Date, time and venue of the interview: 02.07.2024, 10.00 AM onwards in the LPM section, ICAR-IVRI, Izatnagar, Bareilly-243122, UP, India.
Terms and conditions:
- The project staff is eligible for leaves as per project recruitment rules (Casual leave & RH) but not any other kind of leaves.
- PI reserves the right of termination of engagement with 1-month prior notice without assigning any reason.

Note:
- Candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria and possessing the required qualifications and experiences can appear in the Walk-in-Interview.
- Candidates have to bring their recent bio-data, original documents, experience certificates etc. along with self-attested photocopy of mark sheets, degree certificates, experience certificates and 3 passport size photographs.
- The engagement is purely on contractual basis and co-terminus with project or performance of candidate.
- The maximum period of engagement is 36 months or termination of project.
- NO TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
- The candidates shall be shortlisted based on eligibility criteria, educational performance and/or relevant experience etc. Already employed candidates have to bring NOC from employer.
