About the job
Job Description
- Should have experience in analytical development of Peptides/Semisynthetic molecules
- Should provide routine analysis support to process development team for respective projects
- Should have good documentation skills as per lab GMP practices. Understand and follow current Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Should have experience in method qualification activities
- Candidate will work on instruments assigned for analysis and work on calibration of those equipment
- Should work along with DQA/ Plant QC for method transfer
- Additional experience in characterization techniques of Peptides will be an advantage, candidate should have experience in amino acids analysis, SEC-MALS, DLS etc.
- Interpretation of characterization data is required.
Qualification & Experience:
- M.Sc (Analytical Chemistry/Organic chemistry/Biochemistry) from reputed university
- 8-10 years of experience in analytical method development, Qualification/Validation using HPLC/UPLC, Potentiometers, LOD, ROI, UV, IR spectrophotometer etc.
- Fluent, clear communication skills to interact with different stakeholders
