Brief Description about the Project:
The project aims to evaluate the changes in the body composition muscle strength and metabolic health at diagnosis (pre) and after 6 months of individualized nutrition and exercise intervention program (post) in women with breast cancer undergoing antineoplastic treatment. The Dietician/Nutritionist should support by providing nutritional assessment, education and management of recruited breast cancer patients. He/ She should aid to get the physiological and biochemical assessment planned in the study and maintain all records of them. He/ She should develop and implement an individualized care plan designed to promote the patient’s understanding and management of their condition, optimize quality of life, and improve clinical outcomes by regular follow up during and till the completion of antineoplastic treatment.

Preferred Qualifications: MSc Nutrition /MSc Life Sciences / MSW And GPAT/CSIR/-UGC NET or equivalent examination
Experience: Preference for candidates with experience in nutrition counselling and lifestyle management programs

Roles & Responsibilities:
- He/she should identify and recruit patients with primary diagnosis of Breast cancer from oncology clinics of study centres.
- Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessment, prepare education material and be actively involved in the lifestyle management (diet and exercise) of the participants including counselling.
- Be responsible for the co-ordinating all the physiological and biochemical assessments before and after therapy of the recruited patients, remain in active follow up and document study related outcomes and including data entry into relevant forms.
