Educational Qualification, Work Experience & Key Competencies
Qualification: B.Sc Microbiology/M.Sc Microbiology/B.Tech./M.Tech. Food Technology or equivalent
Work Experience:
- Minimum 4 years in the food industry (FMCG/QSR)
- Ability to lead a region and manage a team
- Strong communication skills
- Solid understanding of food safety, RCA & CAPA, quality standards
- Familiar with FSSAI regulations for the catering industry
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint presentations
Location: Ahmedabad & Hyderabad
CTC: 3.50-5 L
Job Description
- Manage and guide a team to maintain and uphold food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
- Provide training to the kitchen team on various SOPs, quality, and food safety standards.
- Prepare the kitchen to comply with FSSAI standards and other internal audits.
- Proactively check the quality of raw ingredients/products through sensory evaluations and documentation.
- Handle customer complaints by performing RCA and sharing CAPA.
- Analyze data to understand regional performance on various metrics.
- Regularly interact with city head and area managers to discuss and analyze regional performance.
