Job Summary: To perform analysis, sampling, and documentation in the microbiology section
Reporting To: Manager – Microbiology
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain cGLP in Quality Control.
- Prepare validated load patterns of glassware, sampling accessories, testing accessories, aseptic area garments, and microbiological media.
- Isolate and identify microbial isolates/GPT, AET, and disinfectant efficacy tests.
- Conduct environmental monitoring and microbial enumeration tests.
- Monitor the temperature of incubators, refrigerators, and freezers.
- Calibrate instruments according to the schedule.
- Perform sampling and microbiological analysis of water samples.
- Complete any other work assigned by HOD/section manager.
- Perform trend analysis.
