To participate in all activities in the QC-Cell Culture & Virology Lab, Immunology Lab.
- Preparation of media for cell culture activities.
- Revival and subculturing of different cell lines such as Vero cell lines, HEK293, and MRC5.
- Immunoplaque assay for determining dengue virus titer.
- Hemadsorption testing for control culture and virus seed.
- In-vitro adventitious agent test for dengue drug substance.
- Receive the ARM sample and other samples from the production block and maintain their logs.
- Monitor relative humidity, temperature, and differential pressure of classified areas in cell culture and molecular biology.
- Responsible for preparing trends in classified areas of cell culture.
- Maintain necessary documentation of all activities carried out in the lab.
- Review and prepare SOPs and specifications.
- Maintain stock inventories of the lab and upkeep of instruments.
- Involved in the preparation of reference materials and mammalian cell banks.
- Test samples within time according to the sampling procedure.
- Maintain GLP and good documentation practices in the laboratory.
- Ensure that all instruments are calibrated periodically.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs.
