Job Title: – Product Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Product Manager to join our dynamic product management team. As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in assisting the product management department in various tasks related to product development, market research, competitive analysis, and project coordination. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is eager to learn about the product lifecycle, market trends, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities:-

Product Research and Analysis:-

1. Assist in conducting market research to identify customer needs, trends, and preferences.
2. Collect and analyze data on competitor products, pricing, and positioning.
3. Collaborate with the team to gather insights on potential product improvements and new opportunities.
4. Product Promotion through different channels.

Project Coordination:-

1. Support the product management team in organizing and tracking project timelines, tasks, and milestones.
2. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including design, development, and marketing, to ensure smooth project execution.
3. Assist in the preparation of project documentation, presentations, and status reports.
4. Technical Product Discussion
5. Provide Online Demo If required
6. Provide Physical Demo if required

Documentation and Communication:-

1. Maintain accurate records of product specifications, requirements, and changes.
2. Assist in preparing product documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
3. Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure alignment and understanding of product goals and features.

Quality Assurance:-

1. Participate in product testing and quality assurance processes to identify and report issues.
2. Help ensure that products meet established quality standards before release.

Support Product Launch:-

1. Contribute to the planning and execution of product launches, including marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
2. Assist in monitoring product performance post-launch and gather feedback from customers and stakeholders.
3. Provide Technical Training to sales Team.
4. Make sure to get orders from customer.
5. Update Enquire sheet from particular product.
6. Coordinate with sales Team for positive results.

Learning and Development:-

1. Actively engage in training sessions and workshops to develop a strong understanding of product management principles and practices.
2. Seek opportunities to expand knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications and Requirements:-

1. PhD degree in Microbiology/Biotechnology
2. Strong knowledge of Instruments.
3. Excellent organizational and project management skills.
4. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
6. Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights.
7. Graphic Design preferable.
8. Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
