Location: Bengaluru (On-Site) | Experience: 4-6 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Management

About The Role:

Genotypic Technology – Pioneers in Next Generation Sequencing is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a QA/QMS Executive. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our products and services through the implementation and maintenance of robust Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Management Systems (QMS).

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., ISO 9001, GLP, USFDA)
• Experience in implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems (QMS) in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards
• Certification in Quality Management (e.g., Certified internal auditor, Certified Quality Auditor) is a plus

Job Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Management roles, preferably in LifeScience/Healthcare/Pharma
