1. Perform In-Process Quality Assurance activities in production during manufacturing and packing of products.
2. Store, upkeep, conduct visual inspections, and destruction of control samples.
3. Withdraw samples at different stages of in-process material, finished as well as validation samples as per TD, protocol, and submission to QC lab.
4. Prepare a validation planner for different equipment.
5. Prepare, execute, and compile process validation protocols and reports.
6. Prepare process optimization protocols and compile process optimization reports.
7. Prepare hold time study protocols and compile hold time study monitoring reports.
8. Prepare and review cleaning validation protocols and compile cleaning validation reports.
9. Prepare and review allergen validation protocols and compile allergen validation reports.
10. Prepare and review validation-related SOPs and ensure compliance.
11. Review Technical Direction with respect to equipment and their critical process variables.
12. Prepare, execute, and review equipment qualification, requalification protocols, and compilation reports.
13. Prepare annual equipment qualification planner with respect to validation master plan.
14. Prepare and review HVAC qualification/re-qualification protocols and reports.
15. BMR/BPR issuance to plant.
16. Compile and review life cycle reports of different equipment and utilities.
17. Prepare protocols for qualifications of newly procured equipment and of equipment transferred from other locations.
18. Prepare Validation Master Plan and Site Master File.
19. Prepare BMR and BPR with reference to the technical direction for all products.
20. Finished Good Release.

Perform any other tasks as assigned by department head.
