Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Uses ability and experience to help develop standard concepts and techniques that allow others to complete activities in creative and efficient ways.
• Responsible for reagent manufacturing activities in production operations such as buffer preparation, formulation, labelling, dispensing, and packaging cells.
• Receives buffer and consumable materials from the store.
• Receives labelling and packaging materials from the store.
• Meets regulatory requirements and follows policies and procedures.
• Recommends and assists in the implementation of changes to policies and procedures as appropriate.
• Receives minimal supervision on assigned day-to-day tasks.
• Assists in training, assigning, and reviewing the work of down-line employees.
• Responsible for following all company guidelines related to health, safety, and environmental practices and ensuring that all resources needed are available and in good condition.
• Responsible for meeting the FPY targets in manufacturing.
• Supports on-time delivery to the customer.
• Responsible for implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Handles multichannel or manual pipettes and other instruments used in formulation, dispensing, and packaging cells.
• Candidate should be able to handle support staff team with good communication skills to meet production on-time delivery.
• Urgent countermeasures for day-to-day issues occurring at Gemba and keeps all associates up to date during daily management. Supports meeting manufacturing KPIs.
• Candidate should be able to take ownership of his/her own KPI and track it day by day to achieve the daily target.

Required Qualification & Experience:

• B.Sc. with microbiology/biotechnology/biochemistry/chemistry with 4+ years of experience.
• M.Sc. with microbiology/biotechnology/biochemistry/chemistry with a minimum of 0-2 years of experience.
