Applications are invited for the post of Laboratory Assistant for the sponsored project funded by the Grant-in-Aid Scheme of the Department of Health Research, Government of India, to the VIT School of Bio-Science and Technology (SBST), Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT), Vellore, Tamil Nadu, India.
Title of the Project: “Bacteriophage Cocktails for the Treatment of Acute Respiratory Infections caused by MDR ESKAPE Pathogens”

Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science, Biological Sciences, Engineering, or Technology from a recognized university or equivalent with a strong academic record.
- Or: 3 Years Diploma in Engineering & Technology.
Desirable: The candidate should have working experience in microbiology laboratories.
- Need to collect samples and assist research scholars.
Stipend: Rs. 20,000/- per month + 9% HRA per month.
Sponsoring Agency: Department of Health Research, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India.
Duration: 3 years.
