Interview for Project- technical support-III position

Title of Project: Investigating the severity of dengue infection in diabetes.

ICMR, Govt. of India. Project No. 14/1923/SGP-2023

Duration: Initially for 1 year, extendable till duration of the project.

No. of Position ~ Two;

1. Position-1, project technical support-III at the research laboratory at Regional Centre for Biotechnology (RCB), Faridabad.
2. Position-2, project technical support-III at the research laboratory at the ESIC hospital, Faridabad.

Essential Qualifications:

M.Sc./M. Tech. in Life Sciences or related natural science disciplines from recognized Universities or equivalent, with at least 60% marks.

Essential Requirements:

1. Position-1, experience certificate from the PI(s) showing applicant’s skill in working with dengue virus culture in vitro and in vivo in small animals in the laboratory.
2. Position-2, Experience certificate from the PI(s) showing applicant’s skill in working with human blood/tissue samples in the laboratory and/or hospital/clinic.

Desirable Qualifications:

1. Position-1, experience certificate from the PI(s) showing applicant’s skill in molecular biology techniques such as flow cytometry, microscopy, western blot, and PCR assays.
2. Position-2, experience certificate from the PI(s) showing applicant’s skill in isolating and separating blood samples, histopathology, flow cytometry, and PCR assays.

Any National

Level eligibility test such as NET, GATB, GATE, etc.

Principal Investigator:

• Position-1 under the PI at RCB-Faridabad, Dr. Prasenjit Guchhait, Professor
• Position-2 under the PI at ESIC-Faridabad, Dr. Anil K Pandey, Professor

Emoluments: Rs. 28,000/- + 27% HRA per month. Employee will receive salary from the respective institutions.
