Position: Regional Sales Manager
Location: Lucknow, Delhi, Chandigarh, Bhopal
Experience: 2 to 4 years in the biotechnology industry
CTC: Rs 3,00,000 to 5,00,000 p.a
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets within the assigned region.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to drive performance and exceed sales objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders to maximize business opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure alignment and synergy in business strategies.
- Monitor sales metrics and performance indicators, providing regular reports and updates to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the biotechnology industry.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Ability to travel within the assigned region as required.
