Position Details.

• Develop, maintain, and optimize bioinformatics analysis pipelines and databases.
• Design, develop and implement novel bioinformatics algorithms.
• Develop novel AI methods for bioinformatics analysis.
• Analyze and interpret biological data from sources such as next generation sequencing.
• Perform genomics analysis including gene mutation and gene expression analysis.
• Write comprehensive reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Preferred PhD in Bioinformatics or related areas such as Biomedical, Electrical, Computer Science and engineering with significant industry experience in bioinformatics or related areas
• Knowledge of bioinformatics tools such as Bioconductor R libraries and tools
• Knowledge of public data repositories (TCGA, CBioPortal etc)
• Proficient in R, R-studio and python programming
• Preferred experience in R-shiny dashboard programming
• Preferred experience in JavaScript
• Preferred experience in ML/DL (pytorch or TensorFlow)
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Have ability to work independently.
