The Role:

• As a member of staff, the employee is expected to embrace and contribute to our culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes adding value to our business and meeting client needs.
• Travel (approximately 5%) domestic and/or international.
• Follow standardized procedures and practices.
• Understanding of purpose, objective, practices and procedures of the job role.
• Keep the person to whom the Process Specialist reports to informed of any QA issues within the department that require attention.
• Capable and knowledgeable of system functionality and requirements pertaining to the job role.
• Provide support, as needed, to the global Quality & Compliance department; and/or, where required, to other ICON departments.
• Serve as a backup to other Q&C Process Specialists (globally), as necessary.
• Train new members of the applicable team.
• Undertake other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

To be successful in the role, you will have:

• Years of Experience: Fresher or 1 to 2 years of experience
• Should have a background in Clinical trials, CTA or QA Admin
• Good Communication
• Proactive self-starter, who can provide robust examples of where initiative has been taken in prior roles
• Proficient in excel – ability to use pivot tables/VLookUp etc.
• Flexible in terms of hours worked.
