Biological E. Limited is currently hiring for R&D positions in the field of downstream processing, in-process analysis, and vaccines. The position is based in Shameerpet, Hyderabad.
Position: Executive / Sr. Executive
Qualification: B. Tech/ MTech/ M.Sc (Lifesciences)
Experience: 3 to 5 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Carry out biochemical analytics like Bradford, BCA, Lowry, Anthorne, Orcinal, PAGE, LAL endotoxin, etc., following CGLP/ cGMP norms and in-process analysis protocols.
- Handle equipment such as spectrophotometer, Western blotting, HPLC, dot blot, IEF, viscometer, etc.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from in-process samples and prepare summary reports of the results.
Candidate Desired Skills:
- Experience in biochemical assays.
- Knowledge of purification techniques like precipitation, fractionation, chromatography, isolation of inclusion bodies, protein folding, microfiltration, and Cross-flow filtration.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint presentation.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Preferable to have SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) related exposure.
