We are looking for a Senior Research Analyst to join our centralised Honoraria team at Clarivate. This is an amazing opportunity to be a member of a talented and vibrant Honoraria team. The team consists of about 10 people comprising individuals from life sciences and healthcare management backgrounds. We provide services to the Pharmaceutical and broader Life Science industry. In this role, we are seeking to fulfil a critical need to gain insights from Healthcare Professionals that will ultimately be used to improve patient care and outcomes. About You
- Graduate or Master’s degree in pharmacy/life sciences/pharmaceutical/science with relevant experience up to 4 years in CRM, HCP/KOL recruitment, project management, tool testing, market research.
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel is required.
- Work with research analysts, mentor them and keep them informed of changes to processes and procedures both internal and external so they continue to be a key team player and add value to the Honoraria team.
It would be great if you also had . . .
- Knowledge of designing/ reviewing questionnaires would be an advantage
- Knowledge of any non-English languages (e.g., French / German / Italian / Spanish) would be an advantage.
What will you be doing in this role?
- Executing/Managing both Qualitative and Quantitative projects throughout their lifecycle.
- Coordinating with global team members: preparing and executing project plans, forecasting and mitigating project-related risks, and ensuring timely project delivery with them.
- Ensuring compliance at all times with regards to every aspect of the role and the team, including the implementation of the workflow/CRM software.
- Coordinating with research teams for the project kick-off, gaining an understanding of the research requirements and scheduling calls.
- Reviewing screeners and study guides for the research and suggesting edits if required to ensure compliance.
- Maintaining all records and activity within the workflow/CRM software.
- Helping define and deliver processes for quality checks of deliverables.
- Supporting research and interviews conducted by Clarivate colleagues and external partners.
- Organizing international top-quality telephone interviews for multiple projects simultaneously.
- Discussing and improving the day-to-day running of the Honoraria software and working closely with the technical team.
- Ensuring project-level expenses are within the defined budget.
- Maintaining ongoing communication with team members and project authors to progress and/or discuss changes in scope.

You will be part of Clarivate’s growing Life Science and Healthcare unit, working with a team of analysts, senior analysts, project managers, consultants, and client engagement leads. Our mission is to help customers solve complex healthcare-related problems by providing actionable information and insights. As a Senior Research Analyst, you will support our multichannel engagement insights group, delivering insights and data to pharmaceutical marketing stakeholders.
Hours of Work
40 hours in a week as an FTE.
