JUNIOR RESEARCH FELLOW – II (JRF-II)
Applications are invited for the position of Junior Research Fellow-II for the LSRB grant of Defense Research & Development Organization, Govt. of India funded project titled ‘Management of Chronic wound healing by molecular modulation of angiogenesis in Mesenchymal stromal cells’ (LSRB/81/48222/LSRB-363/SH&DD/2020) at Manipal Institute of Regenerative Medicine (MIRM), MAHE – Bangalore Campus, Yelahanka, Bangalore, 560065.
Qualification:
- M. Sc. in life science stream with minimum 70% marks.
- Two years’ experience in research laboratories.
- Experience in mammalian cell culture, Mesenchymal stromal cell culture management, imaging and image analysis, flow cytometry & molecular biology techniques is required.
- Candidates should be able to work independently, analyze regular data, carry out literature surveys and contribute to the projects intellectually. They must have good organizational skills, be able to coordinate with other lab members and maintain good laboratory practices at work.
- They will be responsible for data documentation, validation and compilation & preparation of manuscripts for the above project.
Duration: For 10 months.
Remuneration: Consolidated Pay of Rs. 35,000 per month + HRA @ 24% on Consolidated Pay
