Institute of Life Sciences (ILS), Bhubaneswar, an autonomous institute of the Department of Biotechnology, Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India invites applications from eligible Indian Nationals for the following project position.
Job Posting: Project Associate-I – 01 position
Principal Investigator: Dr. S.K. Raghav, Scientist-F, ILS, Bhubaneswar
Project Title: DBT funded project “Documentation and validation of traditional healthcare knowledge of Indian Himalayan region: translational approach”
Fellowship: Rs. 31,000/- + @16% HRA
Eligibility:
Qualification: Masters in Biotechnology, life sciences, and allied branches with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks (relaxation as per guidelines).
Desirable:
- Candidates with experience in cell culture and immunological techniques.
- Preference will be given to candidates qualified through national-level entrance tests (NET/GATE/GPAT). For non-NET/GATE candidates, the fellowship will follow DST guidelines.
Age Limit: Candidates should be below 35 years of age as on 22nd January 2024. Age relaxation as per Govt. of India rules.
Selection Process: Application screening followed by an interview process.
