About the Role
We are inviting applications for the role of Regulatory Affairs Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for working in a fast-paced and high-pressure business environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and be accountable for ensuring timely deliverables and adherence to regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and propose continuous improvement initiatives for regulatory processes
- Manage a team of skilled resources to meet deliverables
- Resolve issues in a timely manner
- Ensure adherence to work practices
- Meet submission timelines and quality standards
- Participate in global teams to complete assignments related to labeling
- Collect metrics as required
- Improve speed and minimize cost to clients
- Identify discrepancies in local implementation of corporate labels and initiate remediation actions
Qualifications we seek in you
- Demonstrated knowledge of CCDSs, US and EU labeling, and Labeling Team objectives
- Ability to understand regulatory implications and manage associated impacts
- Strong cross-functional teamwork and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in constructing Company Responses for health authority questions
- Masters in Life Sciences
- Understanding of regulatory and labeling principles and SOPs
