Freshers Trainee Jobs at Jubilant Biosys, MSc Life Sciences Apply

Jubilant Biosys is hiring for Trainee Research Associate for Invitro Discovery Biology at Bangalore location.

Qualification: M.Sc (Life Sciences)/ M.Pharm with good interpersonal and communication skills as well as some basic computer knowledge.

Roles & Responsibility :

  • Application of Cell/ Molecular Biology.
  • Compound screening in cell based and biochemical assays.
  • Developing and validating of biological assays to support projects, mechanism of action work, new model development. Standardization of assays
  • Developing and validating in vitro assays for testing and identifying compounds active against a variety of targets.
  • Compound preparation and screening in vitro assays. Troubleshooting of assays.
  • Engineering stable cell lines expressing desired target proteins for cell-based assays.
  • Contributing to the Internal Target Database to aid in selection of drug discovery targets
  • Data generation, analysis, compilation, report preparation. Regular uploading of the data.
  • Exploring scientific journals in order to find new ways/techniques to develop the assays in a robust and reproducible manner.
  • Working in a team environment in order to set up the assays at a faster pace.

Skills Required:

  • Good scientific knowledge about the basics of the of the assay development & validation
  • Tissue culture understanding and handling of cell work.
  • In vitro and/or in vivo assay development skills
