About the Job
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist product experts for retail and digital consultation.
- Engage in customer conversations to identify needs and concerns.
- Provide product expert consultation to both retail and digital consumers.
- Develop a deep understanding of customers and analyze current customer journeys to identify friction points and improve experiences.
- Identify areas of improvement in consultation and business processes.
- Monitor the status of ongoing projects.
- Create and manage a consumer journey roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams for execution.
- Develop training modules for product knowledge and consultation for product experts.
- Audit expert consultation processes and drive improvements to enhance NPS (Net Promoter Score).
Competencies:
- Fresher or up to 2 Years of relevant experience
- Graduated with a B Pharma/Biotechnology/B.Sc – Chemistry Degree
- Ability to think strategically and prioritize in an ambiguous environment
- Strong communication, analytical, and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English and Hindi is a must
