Qualifications:
- Post Graduate calibre or equivalent – preferably in Chemistry/Microbiology/Bio-chemistry/Bio-technology or any scientific discipline
Experience:
- 5 – 7 years of experience in the areas of Quality Assurance and Quality Systems in the Food Processing/FMCG – Distillery, Brewery, and Beverage Industry
Knowledge & Skills:
- Hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of quality management systems, developing quality-related SOPs, and their control
- Experience in handling quality improvement projects
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office package
- Certified Internal/lead auditor for ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, etc.
Responsibilities:
Quality Operations
- Responsible for executing the quality strategy and standards in collaboration with unit QA team and HO QA team
- Advise and support unit quality team on quality improvement initiatives to enhance quality performance
- Lead root cause identification and problem-solving for quality issues at units
- Develop the capability of unit quality team on systems
- Engage with unit quality teams for the implementation of quality standards
- Conduct audits for quality control and assurance at units
- Advise and provide direct support for innovation/renovation through start-up, qualification, and implementation
- Conduct on-shelf quality surveys for USL & competitors brands
