- Located in or willing to relocate to New Delhi
Job Responsibilities
As a Food Safety & Hygiene Trainee at Holiday Inn New Delhi International Airport, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines
- Conducting regular inspections and audits of the kitchen and food preparation areas
- Assisting in the development and implementation of food safety and hygiene policies
- Providing training and education to staff members on proper sanitation, storage, and handling of food
- Monitoring and maintaining accurate records related to food safety
