Job position: Senior Lead – Bioinformatics Clinical Production
Role specification / Experience:
- 5+ years of experience working in Clinical Bioinformatics Operation.
- Responsible for maintaining quality and compliance of clinical bioinformatics pipelines and data. Ensure all clinical assays are fully validated.
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Perl, Python, etc.) and command-line interface with Unix operating systems.
- Knowledge of bioinformatics tools as related to clinical next-generation data analysis.
- Ability to solve bioinformatics problems and find solutions.
- PhD/Masters in Bioinformatics or relevant studies.
