WALK-IN-INTERVIEW FOR THE POST OF PROJECT STAFF

Applications are invited from Indian citizens in the given format for 01 (one) position of Project Technical Support-III in the Department of Biotechnology, NIT Raipur, Raipur (Chhattisgarh), India.

The details are mentioned below

Position Title: PROJECT TECHNICAL SUPPORT-III

Name of the Project: Application of selective plant metabolites to modulate antibiotic efflux pump and inhibition of biofilm developed by antibiotic-resistant Escherichia coli liable
for urine infection

Sponsoring Agency: Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), Govt. of India

Project Duration: 3 years

Number of Positions: 01

Essential Qualification:

1. Three Years of Science Graduate in Biotechnology/Microbiology and three years of work experience in the relevant field.

or

2. For Engineering candidates – First Class in Four Years Graduate Degree in Biotechnology/Bioengineering plus Three Years of Work Experience in the relevant field.

or

3. Graduate and Postgraduate degree in Biotechnology/Microbiology/Bioengineering.

Age Limit: Maximum 35 years

Remuneration: INR 28,000/- plus 18% HRA

Procedure:

• Interested candidates should report on 02/02/2024 at 10:00 AM for the walk-ininterview in the Department of Biotechnology, National Institute of Technology, Raipur with the completed application form (Annexure-I), CV, originals and photocopies of degrees, mark sheets, experience certificates, publications, and other supporting documents.

Terms and Conditions:

1. The position is purely on a temporary basis and will be governed by the administrative rules of NIT Raipur.
2. Candidates must ensure their eligibility before appearing for the interview.
3. No TA/DA is permissible for appearing in the interview and joining in case of selection.
4. Only eligible candidates will be permitted to appear in the interview after document verification.
5. The applicant will be responsible for the authenticity of the information, other documents, and photographs submitted.
6. The Institute reserves the right to cancel the recruitment without assigning any reason.
7. Category certificate shall be issued by the authorized officers of the Government.
