About the job
Annapurna Group is looking for Asst. Manager – Quality Assurance & Quality Control for Guwahati (Polashbari, Mirza) location.
Job Responsibilities
- Policy & SOP Compliance
- FSSAI-Statutory compliance
- Responsible for incoming RM,PM ,Sampling testing & releasing
- Verification and control of plant hygiene
- Verification and assurance of In process manufacturing and packaging
- Responsible for outgoing FG, Inspection and dispatch
- Responsible for WTP function
- Responsible for ETP function and PCB compliance.
- Responsible for complaint handling, defect reduction and online wastage control.
- Coordination with cross functional team and involvement in strategic purchase, preventive maintenance, manufacturing resources planning and customer focus.
- Implementation of problem solving tools and technique and statistical Process Control.
- Responsible for Deviation handling, Change Control, GLP, GMP & QMS
- Ensure Good Documentation Practices & SAP handling.
- Responsible for quality Audit, training for continuous Quality improvement, skill development
- Initiate Cost saving program.
- Competitive market study, lab trial and idea for new product development.
- Review and report the principle causes of quality loss and non-conformance
- Preparation of Root Cause Analysis (RCA), preparation of CAPA in the area of customer complain, micro incident and market recall
Qualification & Experience required
M.Sc. in Microbiology or Chemistry/Food Technology. 4-5 yrs. experience of Quality & manufacturing of sauce, Jam, pickle, squash, mayonnaise etc. in a food company.
