Junior Research Associate

Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Jr Research Associate. As a Jr Research Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting our research projects and contributing to the generation of valuable insights. You will work closely with our senior research associates and assist in various aspects of the research process, including data collection, analysis, and report writing. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in research, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

1. Problem solver, independent thinker, and good communication skills (both oral and written) with a strong aptitude towards teamwork is a must.
2. May need to work in an Academia / industry collaborative environment.

Requirements:

1. MSc/M tech from a reputed University with 1st Class in BSc/B Tech and MSc/M Tech.
2. In biochemistry/life science/biotechnology/microbiology/Immunology or Biophysics BSc/MSc/MTech.
3. Chemistry in BSc as a subject is a must.
4. Basic understanding of data analysis.

Experience:

1. 2-3 years industry experience in diagnostic (preferably molecular/immuno diagnostics) in R&D, QC/QA is desired.
2. At least 1-2 years’ experience in handling LFA is desirable in an industrial setup.
3. Handling clinical samples experience is preferred.

Note: For bright and motivated candidates, in due course, PhD enrollment is possible based on organizational decision.
