NIPGR Student Trainee Life Sciences Recruitment – Applications Invited
National Institute of Plant Genome Research (NIPGR), a renowned research institution located in New Delhi, is inviting applications for the position of Student Trainee under the Scientific Social Responsibility (SSR) head of a SERB project. The project, led by Dr. Prabhakaran Soundararajan, focuses on the evolutionary developmental (evo-devo) genetics study on stem cell fate and cell identity transition between diverse Brassica oleracea morphotypes. This is a purely temporary position, with a duration of two months.
Position: Student Trainee (One Post)
Emoluments: ₹5000/- pm consolidated
Qualification: Candidates currently pursuing B.Sc./B.Tech/B.Eng./M.Sc. in any discipline of Life Science/BS-MS dual degree with biology as a major subject are eligible to apply.
Tenure: Two months
Appointment: The appointment is completely on a temporary basis and co-terminus with the project. The fellowship amount for the position is as sanctioned in the project.
