What You Will Achieve

As a part of the business support team, you will be responsible for representing your organizational unit on administrative matters. Your primary focus will be on recommending, interpreting, and implementing internal administrative policies and procedures. Additionally, you will perform various administrative tasks across functional areas to maximize business efficiencies. Your role will also involve supporting services such as event

planning, customer service, publications, and technical writing/editing.

You will actively participate in activities aimed at improving team processes and collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and experiences. Your hard work, commitment, and skillset will play a crucial role in helping Pfizer achieve new milestones and positively impact patients worldwide.

Qualifications and Responsibilities

• MSc in Life Science
• 0-1 year of experience in a related field

Must-Have

• Hands-on experience in microbiology techniques (microbial culturing, plating, and isolation)
• Hands on experience in DNA extraction, PCR techniques, Gel Electrophoresis, staining techniques, SDS-PAGE.
• Experience in NGS process (MinIon, Illumina, etc.) will be an added advantage
• Apply relevant scientific principles and techniques to analytical testing problems
• Make detailed observations, analyze data, interpret results, and exercise appropriate technical discretion in the design and execution of experiments
• Experience in marketing, digital marketing, and commercial areas
• High attention to detail and good interpersonal skills

Nice-to-Have

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Ability to solve routine problems and convey issues constructively
• Ability to make basic decisions with an understanding of the consequences
• Understanding of both pharma industry and scientific academic research environments
• Knowledge of commercial processes or business analytics processes
