About the Role
Manuscript Services belongs to the Publishing Solutions vertical and consists of highly educated Subject Matter Experts in various fields of Science. All team members have studied their subject field up to Masters level and are well-informed of the developments in their field in Science. The team provides Manuscript & Editorial support services including – SNAPP, Transfer Desk Services, and Nature Editorial Services to name a few.
Roles Responsibilities
- Perform quality check (QC) on submitted/amended/revised Manuscripts as per EA guidelines
- Invite and securing Editorial Board Member (EBM) for the manuscript
- Communicate with Authors/Editors
- Handle minor queries from peers (EAs) or highlight them to team leaders/senior peers
- Assist in coaching/mentoring new team members
- Track and complete assigned tasks within timeline
- Achieve/exceed set quality and productivity targets
- Share knowledge and best practices with peers/team
Educational Qualification: Master’s in any discipline of Life and Physical Sciences.
Years of Experience: 1+ years
Place of Work: 1201/1301, Building No. 5 (R3), Gerra Commerzone, Kharadi, Pune (Working in Hybrid Model)
