Job Description

Candidate shall be Graduate/Post Graduate in Science, Food technology/ Microbiology/DIFAT,

Required Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG i.e. distilleries/Breweries/Beverages/Food industries

Responsibilities:

• Hands-on experience in analysis techniques, lab instrument calibration, and maintenance
• Knowledge of QMS and FSMS
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Control quality defects in incoming and finished goods to ensure customer satisfaction by applying high-quality standards
• Build and promote food safety and quality culture within the unit
• Responsible for end-to-end quality monitoring in incoming and online checks
• Ensure quality control and other control activities in the factories and material
• Check and accept/reject raw materials used in production, packaging materials, and in-process materials according to quality standards
• Maintain records and update SAP records
• Undertake training and development of shop floor workmen
• Conduct internal quality audits for GMP, GRMS, and SQIP
• Liaise with Government authorities for audit and compliance
• Ensure external laboratory testing of samples and calibration of equipment as required
• Analyze raw materials and packaging materials and report in a timely manner
• Collect samples and conduct product quality surveys as needed
• Implement GMP/GLP, GSP, and GHP standards at all times
• Maintain oral and written communication skills and MIS data
• Coordinate vendor communication for rejection and development with the site QA team
• Demonstrate quick learning and initiative attitude in working
