Production Executive in the Naturex division at Givaudan – Your future position?
In this role – As Production Executive, you will be responsible to take care of all the production activities at our plant based in Roha.

In this exciting role you will be responsible for:
- Following production planning given by the Production Manager.
- Ensuring all production activities are carried out as per standard operating procedures (SOPs) and with special care to CCPs (critical control points) and control points.
- Training shop floor staff on machine handling, personal hygiene practices, cleaning & sanitizing, cleaning in place (CIP), and documentation.
- Raising and resolving issues related to equipment and machinery with the help of the maintenance team.
- Documenting all production activities as per documentation protocol.
- Following all SOPs and policies laid by the company.
- Working in shifts as required.
- Following food safety, HACCP, GMP, and human safety protocols at all times during shifts.
- Handling and allocating manpower according to planning and requirements.
- Observing the shop floor team during work and monitoring their performance.
- Completing daily ERP-related tasks.
- Achieving target production with the right quality and efficiency.

Your professional profile includes:
- B.Tech in Food Technology/Dairy.
- Good communication skills and fluency in the local language.
- 5-6 years of experience.
- Knowledge of ERP, computer systems, and data entry skills required.
