Job Description
- Label Artworks compliance: Regulatory compliance of Products and Labels with respect to FSSR & Legal Metrology.
- Handling and managing customer complaints related to FSSAI regulation.
- Effective communication with external supplier and customer to ensure compliance.
- Conducting nutritional testing food products portfolio and routine nutritional analysis for new product launches in coordination with the labs.
- Regulatory Audit to conduct regulatory audit (LM and FSSAI) to validate product and label compliance.
- Provide technical expertise and regulatory assessments to innovation/R&D.
- Provide regulatory support and guidance to regional manufacturing sites.
- Establish close collaboration with internal cross-functional teams and ensure competent execution of agreed business & functional priorities.
- Anticipate regulatory obstacles and emerging issues throughout the product lifecycle and develop solutions with relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Manage regulatory interactions with external stakeholders: distributors, consultants, and partners.
- Sensory Evaluation-FG/NPD.
- Development of expertise in creations of state matter as the revised labelling regulation for both domestic and export products.
- Evaluation of competitor’s market sample with respect to labelling declaration, pack format, product.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Food Tech or Biotechnology
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
