Job Responsibilities
- Day to day production activities to ensure quality, quantity, and timely completion of assigned tasks
- Perform batch charging and related operations
- Execute critical unit operations and take necessary actions during shift operations
- Coordinate between shifts and ensure all relevant documents are filled as per standard operating procedures
- Handle various unit operations such as buffer preparation, filtration, chromatography, machine operations, lyophilizer operation, and secondary packing operations
- Record process data and report to shift executives
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area
- Prepare daily reports
- Conduct cleanroom operations
- Provide technical suggestions about process and plant activity to shift executives
- Coordinate effectively with QC and Engineering departments
Outcomes & Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Strict adherence to cleanroom working and process SOPs
- Filling of all process, filling, and packing BMR#s online
- Reporting any deviations during operations to shift-in-charge
- Follow all safety-related SOPs during operations
Education Requirement
- Post Graduate degree in Biochemistry, Microbiology, Applied Biology, Life Sciences, or Biotechnology
Experience Requirement
- Freshers or relevant experience of 1-2 years
