Position: Executive / Sr. Executive
Qualification: B.Tech/ M.Tech/ M.Sc in Lifesciences
Experience: 3 to 6 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Knowledge in Immunology and Vaccine development with good hands-on experience in Serological techniques, Cell-based bioassays, Variants of ELISA, etc.
- Good documentation practices along with good communication and analytical skills required.
- Experience in Method Development, qualification, and Validation of ELISA is desirable.
- Experience with biochemical methods for protein and protein-polysaccharide conjugate analysis (SDS-PAGE, BCA/Lowry, colorimetric and UV/Vis spectroscopy).
- The position demands the candidate to work in a team and function across multiple disciplines as per the project request.
- Someone pro-active in learning and fast at adapting to new techniques would be a desired candidate.
- Performing cell culture-based assays and virus-based neutralization assay.
- Having experience in Writing SOPs and method development reports would be an added advantage.
- Managing inventory for equipment and laboratory consumables/reagents.
- Documentation of experimental data in Laboratory notebook or LCRs with superior’s guidance.
