Job Description
- Responsible for sales and business development in the West India region.
- Develop new customers and work with existing customers on new product introductions.
- Work closely with key decision makers in Nutrition, Dairy, Confectionery, Flavour, Savory & Seasoning houses segment.
- Implement Account Business Plans and leverage internal systems for effective customer management.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Stay updated with market, industry, and competitor intelligence.
- Achieve sales growth, profitability, and other business goals.
Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology is required.
- Proven track record in managing and growing sales accounts.
- Ability to engage customers at all levels, including senior management.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
- Technical knowledge of food industry processes and techniques.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English as well as local language.
Salary: 1600000
