Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute validation activities based on protocols and SOPs
- Perform microbiological, physical, and chemical tests according to approved protocols
- Prepare necessary strains, culture media, test solutions, and reagents
- Handle biological indicators, cultures, chemicals, and test solutions in compliance with regulations and SOPs
- Retrieve and fill test templates
- Perform data analysis and support digitalization activities
- Monitor lab environment and equipment
- Maintain inventory control
Requirements:
- B. Tech Biotechnology or Master’s degree in Microbiology or Biotechnology
- 1-2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, biopharma, or a contract manufacturer
- Good understanding of GDP, GMP, and QMS requirements
- Knowledge of analytical testing procedures and microbiology laboratory equipment
- Experience with data analytics and visualization tools
- Proficiency in MS Office software
- Creative and proactive approach to responsibilities
